I reflect lately on the power of gratitude. When we are in
remembrance of the blessings in our life, our vibration
heightens. It is a strength and a discipline to cultivate gratitude.
I am grateful for this life, each of you who read this, and every
thing that shares life force, remembrance, and beauty in infinite
and unique ways.

I am also grateful to arrive safely back to the U.S after a deep
